REFUNDS & RETURNS

Online Returns
If your purchase is unsuitable, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in new condition — unworn, unwashed and unused.

Fabric Returns
Fabric is cut to order by the metre and cannot be returned for change of mind. Faulty or incorrect fabric is eligible for a refund or replacement.

Sale Items
Sale items can be returned within 14 days for an exchange or store credit.

Refunds
Refunds are available within 14 days for eligible full-priced items. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are also eligible for an appropriate remedy.

HOW TO RETURN:
Please email hello.tommstudios@gmail.com with your order number, full name and whether you would prefer a refund, exchange or store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item.

Faulty / Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. I'll do my best to accommodate changes before your order has been processed or shipped.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

WORKSHOP REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations
Workshop bookings can be cancelled for a full refund up to 14 days before the first session.

Bookings cancelled less than 14 days before the workshop are non-refundable.

Transfers
If something unexpected comes up, please get in touch. Where possible, I may be able to transfer your booking to another workshop, subject to availability.

If a Workshop Is Cancelled
If Tomm Studios needs to cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date.

Missed Sessions
Workshops are designed to build from session to session, so missed sessions cannot be refunded or made up privately.
